Not funny Jo as once went to my ex husband's house for lunch to meet his parents and she had prepared a stew.
I love stew well she served it and there was bones and all sort so I asked what the bones were and when she said sheep's head I ran to toilet and vomitted. ha haha

I'll give the pig's ear to my dog and eat the sheep;s head soup myself...I love mutton; just hold the eyeballs.

Its all meat i don't care what part it comes from. You eat the bum off of animals and just think of how much crap is stuck to a cows bum or a pigs. Goat meat is not great so to answer your question i would go for the pork ear. Its just an ear.

Pig ear, I've seen pig ear soup and it made me want to puke but it has to be better than sheep head.

oh my ... I'm not such the fan of fine cuisine ...I'm a simple man ...... why I could just go down to the river with a mallet and knock on the head of a mess of wharf rats .... pot them up with some tomato's & okra ....that would be right nice
