Club Sandwiches! I was lucky to go on a theatre tour to Mexico a few years ago. Unfortunately I can't eat any food which has anything spicy in (makes my mouth go numb), so for the most part, lived on club sandwiches. I would love to go back to Mexico City and Guanajuato again one day.

It was an image of dirt roads with burros and men walking around in sombreros and those colourful blankets over their shoulders and women walking around in flamenco dresses, wooden stores with terra cotta pots outside...stereotypical I know, but it was the scene in the small Mexican village not to far from where I used to live in Texas.
