No you will need to get DVD burning software like Nero , Veoh is a online video site/tv stream client which does not support dvd burning.

Also you will have to make sure you have a DVD Burner on your computer , Look at your disk drive it should say something like DVD RW +-

Get a MAC. All you have to do is drag it to the trash and it burns whatever you have downloaded and then ejects it. Beats the HEII out of a PC.
