theres a movie, and im not sure who is in it, but it has something to do with a birthday and a jacket. this denim jacket was given to this girl by a "witch" or voodoo lady or something.
the jacket then makes the girls wishes come true.

I think you remember it wrong..
I think you are thinking of the movie Teen Witch.. A girl meets a witch who tells her that she is born to be a witch.. she helps her to become popular.. but one of the first things she does is get backstage at a concert where the singer gives her tour jacket to her.. the girl wears this jacket through most of the movie after that point..

i remember this one movie on disney channel ... teen witch? it was about a girl who inherited powers or something on her 16th birthday, and she goes to a concert and the singer gives her a jean jacket ... it has robin lively (red-head)
