None that I know of, anymore.
I don't know of any 'Kroger's' in the Chicago area. They may have them downstate, but I am not sure they still do this.
It is very rare for grocery stores to double or triple coupons anymore.

Cub foods use to do it until they were recently sold. But most places in Chicago do not offer this promotion.
