And it usually results to me sitting on the couch watching movies for a week straight eating anything I can find in the house.
Along with an extra 5 pounds gained

Yes, I have been there quite a few times. I try to take my mind off times like those by watching DVD's, or listening to some mellow music. It usually does not last too long. Hope you feel better really soon. =)
