Always. That made the relationship between my parents and I way closer. I couldn't imagine it any other way.

No, but they talk about it openly in front of me!! For example: my mom told me that people with red hair have red pubic hair... just to tell me that....for my second example I just thought of any long piece of bread at the dinner table is fair game...

It depends on the parent and sibling....and subject matter. I wouldn't go into details, but acknowledging that you have sex and stuff is okay i think.

i'm 19 and im sure if they knew i had sex my dad would lock me on a mountain top in the middle of nowhere !

yes my family was open about sex and talk about it matter of factly. We didn't view it as something to be ashamed of and I think it's helped me have a health view of sex. Granted we didn't talk about our own sex lives just how to stay safe and things like that it wasn't like Meet the Fockers. LOL

I'm okay with. I can guarantee you, though, I'm not gonna be the one starting the convo. It's not much likely to go over to my parents' house and be like, "So yeah.. yesterday.. when my husband and I were... and do you think I should go see a doctor for that?"
