By law, a president can only be impeached for high crimes against the state committed during their time in office. Since a President's time in office does not begin until after the innuaguration, Clinton could not be impeached before or on the same day as her innuaguration, should she win.
Also, the Democrats currently control both houses of Congress and due to the corruption and trail of bodies left by the present President, it is unlikely that they will lose that majority in the upcoming elections, which means Clinton will have at least 2 years before the Fascist Right in America begins looking for some incredibly small offence to call a high crime, as no President has ever been impeached by his own party. Bill Clinton was impeached over lying about extra marital affairs by Republicans in the 90s. Andrew Johnson, a Tennessee Union-Democrat, who was selected by Lincoln in the 1864 election to only balance the ticket, was impeached by Republicans for firing one of Lincoln's cabinet appointees. Neither was convicted in the Senate trial, which is the most important part of the Impeachment process. Whatever "conviction" Clinton recieved, it was not in the Senate as his only punishment was to be disbarred, and therefore, he was not convicted in the impeachment proceedings.

She'd never get impeached. The Republicans would have to eat alot of crow sh*t before they even thought about bringing any kind of impeachment hearings against her. Especially after the all the incompetant reps and crooks they've had in office for the last 10 years, let alone the biggest crooks that party has had in the white house in the last 7 years this country has ever seen in its history. I find it ironic that you're calling for her impeachment when there hasn't even been an election yet. yet, Bush has pretty much violated and broke every constitutional law there is to break and you have no inclination to call for his impeachment. This leads me to believe that either a). You don't understand the Constitution, b) You don't care about the Constitution as long as your president is in power, c). You are so partisan that you don't care about the country, or d). You are so incompetant yourself that you don't actually know what corruption is.
Which one is it?
I agree with Avowed Atheist: I would vote for Hillary over any right wing shrill Christian mullah from the GOP any day.

She will probably be taken in by the public very well. She is so far to the left, she almost qualifies for the communist party, which is good for the people she is counting on to get her into office. Redistribution of wealth, everyone "deserves" something. Rubbish, if you work for it, you deserve it, if you don't, you deserve nothing. Everyone in this country gets the same basic free education, where you take your life from there is up to you, but I'll be damned if I'm going to hand over my hard earned money to someone that would rather sit at home on the couch and collect a government check every month than get up and work for it. Needless to say, I will NOT be casting my vote for a commie

certainly one of my important concerns approximately President-elect Obama replaced into his inexperience, and this has been shown by utilising his decision of retread Clintonites or maybe some Bushers. He does not have his very own time table lots, in spite of each and every little thing. properly...a reliable argument must be made that for the time of those afflicted situations we do want "adventure," and that Obama is doing precisely what those people who have been worried approximately his inexperience could choose him to do: usher in an skilled team. however the foremost element we wanted replaced into "exchange." adventure is nice, till its only an identical bunch of skilled bozos that have been given us into this mess interior the 1st place (the present disarray on the two the foreign places and kin fronts replaced into genuinely exacerbated by utilising Bush, in spite of if it had its initiate under Clinton). a astonishing political sketch I observed lower back in the previous Obama even gained the nomination confirmed him status on the rostrum on the edge of recite the Oath of place of work. lower back interior the team, sitting on invoice's shoulders, is considered Hillary, shouting "I HILLARY RODAM CLINTON DO SOLEMNLY SWEAR..."

Never.
The reason is that, unlike you and your fellow GOP shills, the American public has had quite enough of incompetent and corrupt republican politicians for a very long while and will vote in an even larger democrat majority in both houses of congress.
Thus, we will be spared the cost, spectacle, and disgrace of another fruitless GOP led impeachment witch hunt.

Is that so Neocon? The only ones who must be impeached are your evil and criminal buddies such as Bush and Cheney.
No matter what lies and what evil and deliberately misleading propaganda you Republican Neocons keep spreading and regardless if you like it or not, Hillary Clinton will be elected as the next President.

Well, we don't need to worry about that because the American people are too smart to do something as stupid as elect such an idiot for president.
Okay, all us women should vote for her because shes a women and all black people should vote for Obama because he's black. So the race and the sex of a presidental candidate is more important than the issues. This is going to be the dumbest election ever and will truly show how intellegent people are.
