what is better a Nvidia 7600 gs or ati radeon x1650?

Things that made it hard for me to choose:

-Some games work better with th 7600 gs and some work better with the ati x1650
-Many Games come with the nvidia logo on them.
-The ati radeon x1650 (i think) has better gpu specifications
-The nvidia 7600 gs is more expensive.

Thank you for your help.

The ATI X1650 Pro has a slight edge on the 7600GS here:

BUT 7600GS is better here:

However, the 7600GS has better overclocking headroom. When overclocked, it edges out the overclocked X1650 Pro.

Personally, if I were to buy a mainstream card today, I would consider the ATI HD 2600XT.

If the 7600 is $50 less or more then I'd go with that. The x1650 is going to be faster in most cases but not more than $50 faster.
