What degree would you have to obtain and are their any famous young astronauts?

1983, Sally Ride was 32 on her first flight and is the youngest to date.(and the first US female)

think about it. these launches and ships start at 200,000 million and can reach prices of 30 billion dollars.

they only want people that have the know how and experience to handle life threating delimas under this kind of financial pressure.

completing a career with the USAF as a pilot of a mach jet / then moving into "management" is the best and practically the ONLY way to get into being an astronaut

There have been astronaut scientists on most shuttle flights so any science /engineering degree(s) would be a good start, or become a military pilot.
