Tell me in what counries there is ethics education at schools and how to contact?

I'm looking for organizations to exchanging teaching experineces and students' materails

There is a subject called "dotoku" in Japan, which is basically "moral education", so this is pretty close. I'm afraid I wouldn't know about organisations to contact.

Obviously not here in the US. Maybe when the Republicans get voted out.
