They were never divorced. Their marriage was dissolved and declared invalid shortly before her execution on May 19, 1536 on trumped up charges of adultery, incest, and plotting to murder the king.

Queen Anne Boleyn was executed on May 19, 1536 on what was most certainly fabricated charges of adultery. Between the time that Anne was convicted of adultery and her execution, her marriage to King Henry VIII was declared invalid and was dissolved. Their marriage did not end in divorce as you suggest.
Anne was Henry's second wife. Henry did, however, divorce his first wife, Catalina de Aragon, in order to lawfully marry Anne.

Good 'ol king henery, as you call him, discovered that his wife was not being faithful to him and he saved the money on lawyers during a messy divorce and just took the cheap route.
That, as we all know, resulted in the loss of her head. Boy, times sure have changed.

Anne Boleyn was not divorced by King Henry; rather, he had her executed.
Remember the formula; divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived. That's the order of the "outcomes" for each of Henry's six wives.
