There are sooo many. Here's a few anyway, but keep your mind open because there are thousands:

Wicked- What Is This Feeling, Defying Gravity (it's a toughie though), For Good
Rent- Take Me Or Leave Me, Seasons of Love
Hairspray - Mama I'm a Big Girl Now, Without Love
Cats- Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer
Chicago- Cell Block Tango, My Own Best Friend, Nowadays
A Chorus Line - At The Ballet, What I Did For Love, One

You want a song the whole group can do, right? So choose a song that opens or closes a musical, such as Oklahoma! or The Impossible Dream, or Those Were the Days from La Cage au Folles or Consider Yourself from Oliver or do I'd Do Anything from Oliver as a chorus number changing it to plurals, We'd Do Anything, for you dears, Anything, etc.

Try something from Wicked (One Short Day, Dancing Through Life,...) That would really show of people's vocal ranges. Also try hairspray, they have some pretty good songs too.

usually disney movies have good "talent show" songs.
