Only the southern border because that is were the crisis is. Military with guns and order to shoot to kill. I've been saying it for years.

Is that what you really want our military for? That sounds pretty fascist to me. It's the same thing the Nazi's did in Germany during the 1930's and 1940's. And, it's the same thing that the Soviets and Eastern European communist countries did during the Cold War. That is definitely not a model I support. Hiring more border guards is the answer. And, I still don't support shooting the border crossers on sight. Most of the people crossing are very poor and have families. Some of them have their children with them. Who are you going to aim at first? These people are just trying to feed their families. The better answer is to end NAFTA, punish the employers who hire illegals and you won't see any incentive driving more illegals to America. It's alot easier than having our troops or border guards go through the psychological trauma of shooting an innocent person. They aren't machines you know. Can you honestly say that you could shoot another innocent human being without any remorse? You don't think a cop or soldier or border guard feels pain when they know they killed someone, especially an innocent person? Geesuz, I hope America hasn't come to that kind of cold blooded mentality.

Is there any reason we could not just start a draft for the Border Patrol. Why does a draft only have to be for the Military?
Boost the Border Patrol and organize them along the lines of wheeled scout units with aviation support.

I'm against it.
As for "shoot to kill", you know don't you that most of the illegal aliens who come across are unarmed and often have children with them? What you're advocating is wrong on so many levels. It is the antithesis of who we are supposed to be as a people.

i would. but to have enough troops to do that you would have to re institute the draft. whatever it takes to secure our borders.
