its cute! but im sure miley had someone make it for her. and if she DID buy it, its gotta be REALLY expensive if she's wearing it on a red carpet.

I work for a fashion website, and I must say, that should go on my Fashion Don'ts.
It's way too busy, and void of color.
Yuck.
