To be fair i dont really much bout gaining muscle. Im 15 years old, slim built, around 6ft tall and weigh about 10 stone.

Im looking for a simple workout i could do at home and not hve to go to the gym.

push ups and sit ups are great exercise if done correctly

pushups are good if you dont have weights. also do inverted push ups to work the upper pecs
