thanks for all your guys' help by the way
i remeber 3 simple things to help me make it all the way well until i can get up
1. back arch
2. look at your hands
3. point your toes

See if this site can help you: http://www.gymnasticsrevolution.com/GymInteractive-Floor-FrontWalkover.htm

It helps to have a spotter to learn this. (S)he can help you get the rhythm you need for getting over. Also, practice bridges where you lift one leg (and then the other) off the floor and point it to the ceiling, as well as your front splits.

First you need good back flexibility, if you can do a good handstand try to drop forwards onto a soft surface. Try doing a backbend and standing up out of it. Next try falling to a back bend from your handstand and do this several maybe dozens of times before your ready. Then do your handstand and fall into a backbend and push off your hands with good force so you can have good balance. Now when you master that try doing it standing with more speed. Now you have your front walkover!

first go into your handstand then lower one leg and this leg should be the one closet to you and lower the other one this one should be the farthest from you then push off the ground with your hands eventually as you practice it will be alll in one motion. if it helps you can do it on a slanted mat so when you go over into you back bend your legs are lower then the rest of your body

While you're in the handstand, lower one leg down first, and then the other, when you come in towards the ground, push off on your hands.
