I have discovered over the years that the way to maintain is to work harder. It seems the better you get the more effort you have to put in to maintain it. Started my freshman year with a B+ and by the time I graduated I was down to about a C-. As you can see I failed to persevere and put forth that extra effort. Good luck and keep plugging.

take a walk. go outside 2 the nature & breath some fresh air. try 2 clear ur mind & just appreciate nature.
