Biotin in large doses may have an effect on your blood sugar, which I guess could give you a headache.
The recommended dose for men is 25 mcg and 30 mcg for women. There are circumstances where larger doses are used.

Absolutely yes. I get a massive, multi-day headache from taking too much biotin. Try gradually very gradually increasing your dose. You might need to cut your pill into pieces or open a capsule and take a portion of the capsule contents. Many people get headaches from biotin. Try searching on "biotin headache" and you'll see lots of results.

I started taking biotin gummies for hair skin and nails a few weeks ago they are 2500 mcg i have a headache everyday now should i stop them ?

I am trying to get longer hair and fingernails and not have them be so brittle. I have noticed that I get headaches quite regularly. Darn. So much for my pretty nails.
