I used to stay in a 2nd tale apartment with floor-to-ceiling abode windows interior the mattress room. development subsidized as much as a woodland so there have been consistently critters- squirrels, birds, cats & geese regularly. we would gotten some advantageous cool fall climate so hubby desperate to open up the abode windows. i became on my way abode from artwork. Hubby became sitting interior the lounge chatting with me on the telephone....he's pretty much completely deaf in a single ear, so the telephone became on his reliable ear. meanwhile, my canines became interior the mattress room clawing & chewing a hollow interior the path of the exhibit on the window, desirous to flow after some style of critter he observed down under (probable a cat, they deliver him into suits of tension). Hubby did no longer pay attention him whining, did no longer pay attention any commotion, because of the fact the telephone became on his reliable ear. My canines JUMPED out of a 2nd tale WINDOW to chase a cat, as quickly as he controlled to claw a hollow interior the exhibit. He became uninjured yet a splash stiff the following day- fortunately he landed on grass, which i think of stored him. A neighbor got here across him interior mins & delivered him back to our apartment- thank goodness for identity tags. And thank goodness i did no longer stay on the third floor, lol.... as much as that factor i'd by no ability had the abode windows open in that apartment- it became Florida and that i consistently used the A/C. nonetheless, the floor-ceiling abode windows made me a splash fearful and that i submit to in techniques questioning, "Geez, if I had a toddler i'd by no ability open the abode windows, they'd rather lean against the exhibit and fall out the window". It did no longer happen to me that my canines would do some thing comparable....and that i consistently figured animals had extra useful experience than to bounce from extreme heights. no longer plenty, i assume. ought to have submit a gate, or merely no longer have opened that window interior the 1st place!

When I was younger my dad took me to Yankee Stadium, I ate so many hot dogs that I got violently sick. Almost 40 years later I can not look at them, long or short.
