How many children does a person have before others think it is a lot or too many?

too many is when you can't support them financially yourself or give them the time and attention they need. individuals vary in their abilities and committments towards their children.

6 kids is a lot
More than a person can afford to feed and clothe is too many.
If you have a great income and can pay for the kids needs and give them the parenting kids need, then no amount is too many.
