(x + 7) / (x - 7) divided by (x^2 - 49) / (7 - x)

is the same thing as

(x + 7) / (x - 7) multiplied by (7 - x) / (x^2 - 49)

first let's simplify the second part:
(7 - x) / (x^2 - 49)
= (7 - x) / [ (x - 7) * (x + 7) ]
= -1 / (x + 7)

so then we have

(x + 7) / (x - 7) * -1 / (x + 7)
= -1 / (x - 7)

your answer is
-1 / (x - 7)

Hope this helps.
