I would think not. They didn't have the money or time to pimp anything, let alone their wagons. They were too busy settling the land and building their homes, caring for livestock, planting, plowing, harvesting. Their big "pimp" back then was painting their barns red, and only because the color red was the cheapest paint. If the cheapest had been green, that's what they would have used. but their wagons, no, I don't think so.
