I don't create/organize a scenario - socially or professionally - where I don't think I'll benefit in some way. Just like a casino isn't going to put a new slot machine on it's floor that it knows will lose them money.

Its a Standard - its the line of achievement most people are not capable of exceeding do a SELECT few surpass it due to Luck or maybe talent ?- YES However For every person that beats the House there are 100's who go broke trying......... In the End Even when the house loses - due to publicity and marketing - They STILL find a way to maintain an Advantage!

Yes. It applies to casinos. The house always wins.. the players, in the long run and in the aggregate, always lose to the house.

yes - but thats only half the statement
the actual statement is "the house always wins in the long run" or "the house always wins in the end" referring to how casinos set their odds so that over the lifetime of the casino it wins more hands/plays than it loses

I've heard "the house always wins," and it applies to me when it comes to all the credit cards I maxed out when I was young and naive.

Just like casinos, where odds are favored to the house; in life, the owner of a house has upper hand and final say in matters...!!!

Yes, it's in casinos when you play card games. It is when the casino, or "house", is rigged to win. However, it doesnt apply to me in this fashion, as I dont gamble.
