My tv has neither VGA or DVI ports. But it has AV imputs. I've read I will getter a poor quality resolution if I use the AV imputs, but what choice do I have?

The best way to connect them is through a S-video-to-RCA for Image and a Jack-to-RCA for sound .

You can also buy a SCART converter if you have a SCART socket (Big plug-like socket in the back)

Hope that helps

Yes but if you have both I would use VGA for better resolution
