To be honest, I am always extremely depressed. The world is so slow and everything is too easy. First, investigate and discover your source of unhappiness. There is the traditional method of talking. Humans are social, and in the false barriers of society that both protect, and endanger us, our basic needs are not always met. People are less social, do less, care less. Find someone who you love, and talk to them. They must be trustworthy or else it will not work on your end. If you are unable to do so, you can always tire yourself out to the point that you will not care about your current emotions. That is where extreme blood thirst comes in handy. You focus your rage , emotions and all that you hate into a exercise. As you progress, fuel yourself with hatred. Become infused with it. You will gain strength beyond your imagination. It makes as a good way to deal with stress too. Ensure that you do a proper war up/ cool down and a full body stretch. Destroying punching bags into little pieces can result in pulling muscles. Use the rage as a last resort though. You cannot bottle something up, but you must be careful how you let it go.

I love music, so depending on the situation, I'll listen to music (I listen to rock, gospel, hip-hop/rap, r&b, country, reggae, and some classical). I'll also just sit down and either play piano, or play my guitar. What really brings me back up is the thought letting those down who helped me get where I am instead of giving up and letting their help and advice be in vain. When I think of how hard I've worked and how far my family and I have come, I don't just wan't to give up when I know there's hope. Just relaxing, reflecting, and sometimes talking it over can help me a lot too!

---> Just remember that you should never give up, there are alternatives to your situation. Keep your head up and stay strong♥
---> Love, Blessings, and have a Great New Years♥

If possible talking to people, but if thats not an option and music ain't gonna be the miracle cure, then I just go to sleep to skip the entire day and try to wake up fresh the next morning... yeah... though having something or knowing that there is something to look forward to is always help of course.

I have been working on this for a few weeks now myself!! I have a lot of help from friends here that go out of their way to make me laugh, or to at least smile!! I try to replace negative thoughts with positive which is not always easy to do believe me!! It would be a lot easier if life didn't suck so much for me!!

Knowing that GOD loves all of us, and has our back. What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, WHO can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with BENEFITS, even the GOD of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19 - Peace, Love and God's Blessings

May you and your loved ones, have a most prosperous, healthy, God-endowed, Happy New Year.

Thinking positive.
But usually just my friends, family, music, and writing or speaking it all out.
It's been clinically proved that when you actually talk about or write down your problems, it actually helps you feel better and more relaxed. Try it, it works for me!

p.s. You could always try the chocolate candy treatment!
