People will star the question without you having to ask if they think it is interesting!

What about when someone asks a question like "give me a star I want to see how many pretty stars I can get" and then they have like 40.

No. It's not like I'm giving them MY stars so who cares. I just like to be generous. Sometimes when people ask for stars if I have nothing better to do I will go in and star each and every one of their questions!

No - I don't hate them asking but I think it is rather poor that they do have to ask especially if they simply ask for stars and no question.

Yes, I hate it. If I think a question deserves a star, I'll give one, but if they ASK for one, I won't do it, just because they are trying to influence me.

It doesn't bother but I don't personally do it. I give stars when I want to, it is ultimately my choice. I usually skip those type of questions anyways.

I hate them. But I asked one time and I got violation notice. I don't think Yahoo Community does fair with everyone.
