I like my toast like this:
1) put the toast in, set for dark
2) listen for it to pop up, but don't take it out!
3) let it cool completely in toaster till it is hard
4) generously butter
5) eat it and drink coffee (decaf only for me) with it
How do you eat yours? I just had some and it is so good in my tummy.

I omit steps 3, 4 and 5.
I, while it is still hot, nail it to the wall and bask in its perfectly toasted glory. Then, when feeling adequately satisfied from my toasting experience, I drink my coffee (decaf NEVAR EVAR for me) alone. Always alone.

I like mine just a little bit brown and hot! It's the best when the butter just melts right into the bread

toaster on medium
when it pops let it cool for about a minute
scrap off all the burnt parts
put a little bit of butter
some honey
and then a sprinkle of sugar
its really good
i love it so much
and btw i am going to eat sum now

My toaster is psycho, so I really don't have a choice. It's quite sad really. So usually I just go to walmart and stuff the bread in the tester toasters when no one is looking.

i like the butter not melted either, and i like the toast almost completely cool, but not cold. (Still a little warm at least) and i like it lightly toasted.

I like mine from the oven broiler, I like it just before it starts to turn brown, and must have melted butter on it. I do like it with my coffee. Happy New year !

I just like to get my bread soft, then butter, and coat with apple butter. Mmmm. Or, my other favorite, make toast, cut it into chunks, put in bowl, pour milk over it, and coat with sugar.

I like mine as dark it can be without it burned and I cut it into halves after I put butter on it.
