Continental. Oceanic crust is recycled into the mantle at subduction zones.
Continental crust is composed mainly of granites, which are less dense than oceanic crust, composed of basalts. Where the two converge, the heavier oceanic crust sinks beneath the lighter continental crust.

Generally, continental crust is older than oceanic crust. The oceanic crust is in constant motion and being recycled as it moves from the mid-ocean ridges where it is created (extruded from the mantle) to the subduction zones where it is dragged beneath the continental crust.
Relatively little of the continental crust gets subducted compared to the rate of the oceanic crust, but it does occur as bits of it are broken off and dragged below as subduction occurs.

Continental. According to some, the rocks of the oceanic crust are not older than 200 million years. And the ones on the continents are older than that.

Continental crust is older (in general) because oceanic crust is constantly being subducted at ocean trenches and consumed. Continental crust actually "floats" on the lithosphere and is too light to be subducted.

I would guess oceanic crust is older. My reason being that oceanic crust is lower in the earth stratum. I'm purely guessing here. I have no background in this.
