Hornswoggle is not in the game. Though if you win a match with Finlay a cut scene shows that Finlay is having trouble pulling his shillelagh from under the ring. (Because of Hornswaggle.)

Is Hornswoggle even on the game? If he is you will probably have to unlock him. If he is not then you will have to create your own Hornswoggle.

First, you have to win the Royal Rumble with Finlay from the #1 spot.
Second, you have to win the championship at wrestlemania.
third, you have to defend the title at backlash successfully.
fourth, in a street fight at survivor series just when it looks like youre going to lose he'll come out and save you.

H/swoggle isn't in it as when SVR08 was being developed the character of H/S was still being written by the storyliners.
