i know ur personality is the most important but here i am talking about a person's LOOKS.

i think weight is the biggest issue, when people gain a lot of weight, their features aren't easily as visible, so people assume they're ugly when they aren't ugly, you just can't what they actually look like under the fat.

To be honest, it may not show up straight away, but the personality shines through, pretty or ugly people, eventually.
You have but to pick up a handsome looking leather bound book, only to put it down again five minutes later, having read only the first page.
You dont need to look to deep to see shallowness.

It's weird because often once you've seen someone a number of times you realize that she is quite beautiful, like janet vs chrissy, ginger vs maryann. OK neither are ugly, but it can happen with ugly men. It's called brutally handsome. I like a guys like that. As for women, Not many can afford to avoid age, so lets not even go there OK? If a person is naturally unfortunate looking, there is no need to decide because you don't need to discuss it with others and it is a waste of time to sit around thinking about it to yourself. Out-Side Looks are Good and we Love them, but we also know they are a fading thing. Inner Beauty can be with a person for eternal life if they allow it to.
We best invest in The inner-Take Care of the Outer don't get me wrong! But invest in the Inner and you'll never go wrong.It will earn dividends that you can share with people that will credit from it forever.
Ugly comes more from the in-side to anwer point blank-
Beautiful People can be ugly on the inside.
Ugly People can be Beautiful on the in-side.

I look at personality, then looks. If I don't like their personality, then their appearance might seem ugly to me. If I can sense that the personality is great, only then I look at the outside and decide if they're pretty. You know what I mean? It's like personality is the deciding factor for me when it comes to looks.

I decide just by looking at a person, and I automatically know. Sometimes I like someone that is really not pretty but is unusual.

it just sorta depends, if a person has really bad hair, rotten teeth, horrible skin, one might say they look ugly , but not because they dont look good but because those are things that you can fix, and it seems ugly becuase they give an image that they dont take good care of themselves
