You can still make a cool poster collage and show the back also. You can photo copy the backs to use. I suggest getting not poster board but a painters board. You can get one at any craft store with tons of awesome papers to fit anyones style. You can use modge podge to seal them to the board. You can put all different charms and pictures with them on the board, if you are still afraid of putting the originals on the board and messing them up, you can make photo copies of all of them and just use them. When you use modge podge it will make certain printer ink run, so make sure you either seal them first or use a non running ink.
There are a bunch of yahoo groups that have tons of fun with left over memories like yours try entering altered art in the search engine for yahoo groups. You will have so many ideas you will try to find more things to make.

You could get transparent photo pages and cut them apart into individual pockets, poke a hole in the top and bottom of each one, and string them together to make a curtain. Then slip your stubs right in. Don't have them in a window that gets direct sunlight, because that will fade the colors.

Put them in an album, there are probably some that have clear pages so you can see the front and back.
