Conjoined twins probably wouldn't make the team, but I think they should be counted as 1/2 a player, since they can only move as fast as the slowest runner of the two, (possibly dead weight).

Well I suppose it depends on where they're conjoined, doesn't it? If they're one of those crazy two-headed single-bodied sets of twins, they count as one. If they have 3 legs, I guess they count as two.
