I think the New Mexico Bowl because they couldn't fill it up and the game had a team from New Mexico

Just about any of the bowl games that feature 6-6 teams vs. 7-5 teams, just like the New Mexico Bowl.

To me it doesn't matter if the stadium is filled it is the teams play that is important. Right now I can't write which has been the worst for this year. The largest point spread for games I have watched has been 3 points. That is a good game.
