A lot of people are more health conscience now and if you offer your sandwiches on whole wheat rolls or bread, low fat cheeses and then offer fruit and/or veggies on the side you'll have another segment of the population come to your shop.

Soups, chilis, REALLY good pickles!!!, chips, brownies, cookies, coleslaw, salads (spinach, chinese chicken, ceasar)...yum....I'm hungry now!
