There is no such thing as a FREE lunch! Nor FREE servers!
Servers COST money. Maintenance COSTS money. People handling them COST money.
You can find "free" servers, but they will NOT be fast, and you will be bombarded by adverts you cannot remove: that is the COST of FREEdom.
Come on! A proper domain costs less than 10€/$/£ per year, and a reasonnable server costs less than 100€/$/£ per year. If you cannot afford that, then don't go to the web, or drink less beer/wine this new-year's eve: your savings would PAY for a decent site...

There are many sites offering 'free' domain names but there's usually a catch such as they're only free for a year and/or you have to accept advertising on any site hosted by them.
