I don't even care 4 Britney spears or the other one, but it's not her fault her sister didn't use contraceptives---you can more blame her mother for that more so than her sister. I'm sure she does look after her as a rolemodel and britney isn't a good one at all for anybody, but still we have our own choices in life and by 16 you have some common sense and sense of individuality.

I believe it is more the mother that is to blame not only for jaime-lynn but for britney as well. The problem I have is the mother knew all the things that britney was doing and still allowed her sixteen year old daughter to hang out with britney. I think the mother should have known better especially since britney in a sense more or less disowned her. Now as for britney i feel she has something to with it. I heard she is upset that her little sister is preggers, well maybe she should have toned down all the crazy things she was doing and realized she still had a little sister who would be looking up to her.

Britney is not to blame. She did not make her sister have sex. However, little sisters do look up to big sisters. SInce Jamie Lynne is 10 years younger than Britney, I'm sure she looks up to her even more. If a younger sister sees her big sister doing something and getting positive feedback for it, she thinks it's something to emulate. You may think that the feedback Britney is getting is negative, but her face is on every celebrity magizine out there. As they say in show business, any press is good press as long as they spell your name right.
But, on the other hand, kids are having sex earlier and earlier these days....which is not a good thing.....but they are. So, she wasn't doing anything that thousands of other 16 year olds are doing.....she just "got caught" so to speak and got pregnant.

It has more to do with Britney's mother than britney herself . Jamies Lynn was just not supervised well enough. But we see what a bang up job Her Mom did with Britney , don't we?

Yeah, they say it's Brit-Brit's fault because of all of the terrible things she's done and they say she's a bad influence on her sister. Also there was this one teenage actress who got pregnant but she was 17 and she won an Oscar.
