Just been under some pressure latley and need to just chill tonight.....Any ideas on how to relax??? Any homemade spa treatments????? Thanks!! Anything will help!

Go on an information fast.

Turn off the TV, hide the magazines, turn off the computer, unplug the phone. These things are all designed to stimulate you. Play inspirational music, walk to the store for fresh food and have a good, door-buster book to read.

Do this today and all of tomorrow. By Monday you will be feeling a lot more relaxed.

A nice bottle of Merlot or Pino Grigeo wont hurt either.

Take a nice bath with Epsom salts in the water. The salt will relax all your muscles. Also there is a homeopathic remedy called Calms Forte. It really helps to relax! You can use it for stress and anxiety or take more for insomnia. Enjoy!!
