I think they need a team. I have heard the argument that they are not a football city, but for football fans in general we need a team there

Mike B's response that the "NFL" is behind the reason the LA area can't keep a team is ridiculous. Despite the obvious market size, the fact is the Rams and Raiders both left after trying to get established. Add in that no one seems to be dedicated enough to fund a stadium - at one point they were considering Compton for a football site for the cheap land!
Football appeal should NOT be based solely on revenue. I am a fan of pure intention, and sometimes I wish Green Bay would play Buffalo in the Super Bowl just to stick it to The Man.

No,due to that the city treats USC as a NFL team and there is all ready so much in that city for an NFL team.

Not with USC in town
Why L.A does not deserve a team
1. They previously had two NFL teams (Raiders.....Rams)...good teams....but the fanbase just never grew
2. USC...UCLA....powerhouse college football teams....BIG fanbase
3. L.A is not willing to bring some money to the table to build a new stadium for a possible NFL team.......the Coliseum is like the Coliseum in Rome...its OLD

No they don't but they will get one. It doesn't make any sense for the NFL to keep this market untapped. Los Angeles couldn't keep either of their TWO teams so NO they don't deserve another.

I live in Los Angeles and the taxpayers won't pay for a stadium, they have rejected it several times. The only chance is in Orange County near Disneyland. We can drive to San Diego if we need to sit in a stadium and pay outrageous prices for grub.
Couldn't wait for the Raiders to leave, they are a disgrace.

Didn't they already have a team and gave them up to another city? If that is true, then, NO, I do not feel they deserve another team. If they didn't fight hard enough to keep the team they had, WHY give them another?
