You should definately spend it with your friends. Go where you feel comfortable. Do something fun, go crazy, don't worry about what other people think of you. For my last birthday (my 23rd) I went to Six Flags Magic Mountain in California with my best friends. I wore my black bunny ears and my matching black cotton tail with some jeans and a cute black netted dress. I got so much attention from all the characters (mainly Bugs Bunny himself) and the people there. I wore a necklace that said it was my birthday, and even guests at the park were wishing me a happy birthday. To top it all off, I went on a Friday (my b-day was on a Friday in May) and there were no long lines! Your birthday is for you to go all out and just be who you want to be and do what you want to do!

What would you like to do? With whom? What are your favorite activities? It's your 21st birthday and it's your day. It's also a day that means you have more reponsibility than you've ever had... as far as voting and knowing as much as you can about your country. Enjoy it by staying sober so you are able to enjoy it.
(I've heard that alcohol from any source acts like a poison on brain cells? Hmmm.... )

my personal favorite idea is if you are able to go to disney world in orlando go to epcot and do this thing called drink around the world it is basically go to each of the pavilions and have a drink from each one than afterwards go to downtown disney if you are not satisfied should make for a good day
