It is mostly water but the dissolved sugars and acids would tend to lower the freezing point by a few degrees. I would guess at around 29 deg. F.

adding to the confusion is whether the Coke is still in a pressurized can or bottle or not. Coke under pressure freezes at a lower temperature than if it is not under pressure.

Easiest way would be to measure it. Get a liquid thermometer (alcohol or mercury) place it in the coke (or taped to the can and insulated if it is still pressurized) place it in the freezer and observe it every half hour writing down the temps and graphing them. When you see ice crystals forming, or when the temperature is stable for a fair amount of time that means the Coke is changing state to a solid.

Best experiment would be to do both pressurized and unpressurized to impress your teacher with your insight.

It is mostly water but the other ingredients will cause it to freeze slightly lower than where water freezes, probably at about 30 degrees Fahrenheit or -1 degree Celsius.

Since coke has water in it. I would imagine that it would freeze at 32F.
