I will be staying in on New Year's Eve. If I am going to drink, I will do it in my own home, so I won't have to drive anywhere.

Staying in. I live 2 blocks from downtown Reno, and people get nuts out there. I will just stand out on my porch and watch the fireworks, then get a good night's sleep so I can go SHOPPING the next morning!

If my son and daughter-in-law go partying, then they can come sleep it off at my house before they drive home.

Staying in and locking the doors. I used to be one of those crazys out there whooping and hollering and boozing it up trying to convince myself that I was having a great time. Problem was that I could never remember what kind of time I had and had to hide out for at least a month in order to keep from getting shot at.

I'll be staying in and having a few drinks and watch the ball drop. It's too crazy during New Years.
