I know Hot Sauce dribbled in front of a mirror every day for hours.

The Professor hired a personal trainer for his handles.

I would say, first, work on your weaker hand first. Dribble the length of the court using only that hand, never touch the ball with your strong hand. Go up and down, constantly picking up speed, go til your arm tires.

Practice for hours on:

Between the leg dribbles
crossovers
behind the back dribbles

First, you need the fundamentals, before you can do the tricks. You need to be really coordinated with BOTH hands. Therefore, dribble the basketball up and down the court one hand at a time without looking down at the ball, then gradually increase your speed as you become more comfortable dribbling with each hand. Do this until you can go top speed without losing the ball and without looking down while dribbling.
