Continents move at the same speed as your fingernails grow. Teeth (in humans) don't grow at all once they're there, so definitely continents

i suppose teeth would win in a sprint. but the animal owning the teeth would die before the race ends (i.e. one continent completely moving down into a subduction zone...so no more continent).

a tooth. teeth take about 7 years to grow, or to move. continents take about millions of years to move two inches.
