Get the VIN number of the car from either the vehicle registration or from the VIN plate visible through the windshield on the driver's side. Take your registration papers down the the nearest Buick dealership and show them to the service department along with the VIN number and ask them to make a set of keys for you.
You'll need the registration or pink slip, or bill of sale or something to prove that you own the vehicle. The key cut config is stored on their computers, reference by the vehicle's VIN number. They'll be able to reproduce them on demand, for a minimal fee.
