Chances are you have a blocked duct/gland. As someone said before, a warm compress on it might help. Try not to wear a bra, and take some Tylenol or Ibuprofen. If it is worse tomorrow, call your doctors service, or, go to an Urgent care. However, as above, I don't think a serious matter, unless you are pregnant or breast feeding. Alternating warm and cold helps too.
If not better, see a doctor. These things are scary, and depending on your age, even more scary. I had this same thing, called mastitis when I was nursing my youngest child. A gland had gotten clogged up, and all it took was more nursing on that side OUCH>..but it did help.
Good luck

if the caution at the therapy says to give up use if a rash develops, sure you have got to go back to the er and get the child on one-of-a-kind meds. I might name and speak with a nurse first and get their enter, if she says to attend it out, use the steam from a sizzling bathe, cross in and sit down and pat at the again even as taking within the steam this may occasionally support get a divorce the congestion within the chest and Vic's vapor rub works wonders as good. Blessings to you, i do know occasions like this may also be disturbing.

I wouldn't say that this requires the attention of the Emergency Room or even an Urgent Care place. I would call you doctor and get in for an appointment fairly soon.
In the mean time, you could apply a hot washcloth to it to try to open up the pores. Take tylenol for the pain. Could just be a pimple, boil, or clogged sweat gland. Nothing life threatening at this moment.

Before you panic, try applying a warm (not hot) compress for half an hour of so. It may be an ingrown hair, irritated by the fabric of your bra. The warm heat may bring it to a head and relieve it.
If that doesn't work then head off to a doctor. (You may do better with a 24 hr walk in than the ER.)

It might just be something minor, you never know.
I once had something sort of like that and it was only acne..but honestly, go to your doctor and have it checked out. It's good to catch bad stuff before anything serious develops.
