I'm not a dancer and I'm nearly 40 but I am still pretty limber! i can touch my toes yeah!! I do keep fit (ish) by running everyday, but I eat a whole load of crapolla so the cancels out the good stuff really. x

No problem at all, in the sitting down position. In fact, with my legs crossed I can cradle my foot in my hand.

Oh, Eagle Dancer, you could have put something on before you did that.

Nope. I physically can't have my legs and back straight at the same time and curving my back doesn't allow me to touch my toes!
I really should be able to as I'm only 16..

confident i can! i may additionally positioned my hands flat down on the floor, legs thoroughly at the same time! super which you're able to do it at your age!! wow, its incredible. Can ya touch your tongue on your nostril?
