Well, what the other said about kegels is true, but it could take some time and practice. If you want quick results you should talk to you girl and she if she will go for this. You go and buy a dildo and before or during sex have her put it in the back door. Her vagina will tighten up as a result.

With something called the Kegelmaster, it uses a system of resistance in order to help you isolate the proper muscle and contract. This is supposed to be alot better than doing a normal kegel on your own. Its very possible to have a loose vagina, without being sexually active, this is caused from simply not being toned. If everything else on you is fat, and not muscle, you can not really expect to have toned pelvic floor muscles. Everything needs exercising!

Well vagina's are just like any other muscle. They come in all shapes and sizes. You may not be able to change the size, but a lack of stretching will make it less flexible (tighter).

Kegel exercises. They even make a kegel master to help tighten the vaginal muscle. I'm not kidding! Normally just doing kegels on your own will do the job. Google kegel exercise and it will give you a better description on how to do it and how many times. Good luck
