First, choose Detail in the View Tab in Windows Explorer. Then:
To select a contiguous group of files, click on the 1st file, then, shift + click on the last file and all files in between will be selected.
To de-select any file(s) from within the group above, use Ctrl + click.
When your happy with the list, tap the Delete key. Poof!!! Gone.

hold shift and press the arrows on the keyboard to select multiple ones. only works in some programs

Hi-Lite the first one then go to last one and hold down CTR and SHIFT, it will hi-lite all i between, then hit delete.
Or CTR A will hi-lite all then hit delete
