Which character from smash bros brawl deserves to be the 3rd party character?

I think it should be Cloud Strife because he was in kingdom hearts chain of memories for gameboy advance and it would be a history making game if Cloud and Link clashed blades on that game two of the biggest rivals in gaming history!

Cloud would be a good character and maybe Dante from Devil May Cry or Vivi from Final Fantasy 9.
